At the back of Long Beach, it now costs anywhere from ₱500 to ₱1,000 per square meter, depending on where it is.

If you could buy a 10,000-square-meter rice field for ₱200,000 in the past, it would cost between ₱5,000,000 and ₱10,000,000 today, depending on where it is located.

Do you know that Megaworld sold all of its first batch of commercial lots in Paragua Coastown for more than ₱40,000 per square meter in the year 2022?
